Delivery conditions Nutracorp GmbH
1. Scope
The regulations stated in the terms and conditions of delivery govern the smooth, logistical process between Nutracorp GmbH and its suppliers. The terms and conditions describe the principles of transport, packaging and labeling regulations.
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery address/times
We have the following delivery addresses. On orders, the postal delivery address to be complied with for the respective process is listed.

The delivery must take place within the goods acceptance times. In the event of a high volume, announced dates can be postponed. Here you will receive at least one working day/24 hours before delivery a written rejection of the delivery with the assignment of a new date.
2.2. Additional costs for deviations in delivery
In the event of incorrect delivery, the manufacturer will be charged for the costs incurred as a result. In this case, the corresponding time expenditure will be charged at an hourly rate of € 29.00. A defective delivery is caused by the points insufficiently fulfilled in point 4 as well as by deviating delivery quantities and rejects.
2.3. Delivery information
Rear unloading with forklift or electric pallet truck
Discharge from the side is not possible. When goods are received, only the number of delivered pallets, cartons, etc. and the external integrity of the shipping package can be acknowledged. Damage to the goods upon delivery must be confirmed by the driver on the delivery note.
2.4. ASNs/Certificates
The following points must be completed before delivery! If the here required documents are not provided in advance or the notficiation has not been made, unloading cannot take place. The resulting costs will not be covered.

2.5. Pallet exchange
As a matter of principle, deliveries should be made on exchangeable and undamaged Euro pallets, basic dimensions of 1200 × 800 × 144 mm (length x width x height) of quality class A or B. Only exchangeable standard Euro pallets can be exchanged in accordance with the specifications of the European Pallet Association (EPAL). The supplier must ensure that he is able to accept the exchange pallets upon delivery.
2.6. Labeling of goods/unmixed delivery
Pallets and packaging units must be delivered unmixed according to type and batch. Each pallet and packaging unit must be clearly marked on both ends with the article number + article number as barcode, batch + batch as barcode, quantity of the packaging unit and individual weight per article in grams. If the quantities in a packaging unit change, this information must be clearly visible on the pallet and the packaging unit.
If, due to the nature of the order, it is not possible to deliver unmixed pallets or packaging units of the same type and batch, the delivery of mixed containers is only permitted after approval by Nutracorp GmbH. Corresponding goods must be clearly identifiable as mixed units. The goods, quantities and batches contained must be clearly labeled on the goods.
Sandwich pallets are permitted as long as the dimension are within the maximum packing dimensions in point 4
3. Delivery Documents
Acceptance of goods is only possible if the delivery is accompanied by a delivery note with the following information:

In the event of non-fulfillment or non-existent delivery note, the receipt of goods will be rejected.
4. Assembly of the pallets
4.1. The delivery should be made on exchangeable and undamaged Euro pallets, basic dimensions 1200 × 800 × 144 mm (length x width x height). The stacking pattern of a pallet must be flat and, if possible, at the same height in order to allow the pallets to be stacked. This is especially true for quantities over 33 pallets. The maximum height of a pallet is 1.90 m. The weight here should not exceed 1000 kg.
4.2. Delivery can also be made on industrial pallets (quality class A or B), basic dimensions 1200 x 1000 x 140 mm (length x width x height). The stacking pattern of a pallet must be flat and, if possible, at the same height in order to allow the pallets to be stacked. The maximum height of a pallet is 1.90 m. The weight here should not exceed 1000 kg. These pallets will not be exchanged.
4.3. Pallet units must be packed in such a way as to ensure delivery in perfect condition
4.4. Mixing of several orders on one pallet is not permitted. Except for the use of collars to separate the individual orders.
4.5. As a matter of principle, care must be taken to ensure that the quality of the parts is not damaged by weight or type of loading/packaging
4.6. The pallets must not be wrapped with black foil
4.7. Delivered pallets must be in dry condition and must not contain excessive moisture. Pallets with a moisture content of more than 15% will not be accepted
5. Deviations / Reservation of acceptance
Deliveries that deviate from this guideline are associated with considerable additional work in incoming goods. Therefore, Nutracorp GmbH reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods or to charge the supplier for the necessary additional expenses. Deviations can be determined in advance on a case-by-case basis
