JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Support Manager (m/f/d), you are an essential interface between us and our customers, whose complete satisfaction is the strongest engine of our growth. You can expect diverse and challenging tasks in a team where you will be in close contact with your colleagues and have the opportunity to work with inspiring, ambitious and at the same time friendly colleagues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Independently processing all customer inquiries via our various sales channels and communication channels (email, telephone, messenger apps)
  • Processing incoming orders and the necessary coordination between our departments, e.g. with the warehouse or accounting department
  • Proactively improving our customer service by identifying weak points and suggesting improvements to eliminate them
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have completed an apprenticeship in a related field, e.g. as a dialog marketing specialist, office administrator or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained some work experience
  • You can handle the common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are extremely willing to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with the necessary IT applications
  • You have already tried our products and are willing to learn more about them
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch, German is a plus
