13.12.2023: Customs inspections at two locations of The Quality Group

"On the night of December 13, 2023, the German customs authority conducted inspections at two locations of The Quality Group, which includes the brand More Nutrition, focusing on the workers and the employees of external temporary employment agencies. According to information provided by the officers present, this action and the potential violations that have come to our attention were directed against employees of some temporary employment agencies that work as external service providers for The Quality Group and other companies in the region. Of course, as an employer, we comply with all regulations and support the authorities in their work. We use the services of temporary employment agencies, especially during the important Christmas season. We always pay our employees and the temporary employment agencies wages that are customary in the market and always at least equal to the minimum wage. We regularly review our cooperation with all temporary employment agencies and are doing so now even more intensively. We take this matter very seriously and expect our partners to adhere to highly professional working methods and the highest standards (see The Quality Group Code of Conduct)."
