JOB DESCRIPTION

As (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Netherlands, you will be responsible for driving the internationalization of our brands in the local market. You will work closely with the management team, related executives and all departments. You will take responsibility for a market and play a key role in expanding our reach and international sales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibility for B2C country strategy and growth in the Netherlands (e.g. strategy, marketing, sales, operations...). Exemplary project: Developing and executing the go-to market strategy for the local market, PMO, organizing local events, expanding the product portfolio, improving UX/UI, optimizing cross-departmental processes of all kinds, implementing tools, translation.
  • Constantly questioning the status quo, prioritizing identified action areas, rapid implementation of quick-wins as well as larger projects
  • Close collaboration and communication with the management team, related executives and all departments
  • Preparation of business plans, ad-hoc analyses and repetitive reports
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g. in a consulting firm, in strategy and/or business development or in a start-up environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a hands-on attitude with a focus on rapid execution
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high passion to make a difference and a high tolerance for ambiguity, as well as a strong interest in working in an agile, high performing team
  • Knowledge of the local market (Netherlands)
  • Fluency in Dutch at native level (German language skills are a plus)
